New Patients
The team at Active Health is waiting to greet you when you arrive. We’ll introduce ourselves and get you set up with the necessary paperwork. We look forward to welcoming you!
Getting Started
Your first visit takes just about a half-hour. After filling out your paperwork, you’ll have a consultation and examination with Dr. Dan. If you don’t need to have X-rays or other testing, we’ll provide you with care on your first visit.
Return Visits
Your follow-ups will be quicker, requiring about 10 minutes each. After we have seen you a few times, we’ll be able to tell you how you’re progressing and what we think it’ll take to get you out of pain. When you’re feeling better, you can decide if you’d like to continue with periodic appointments or just give us a call when you think you need to.
